Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Security forces of Logar discovered and confiscated 1200kgs of drugs during clearing operation yesterday.
Emal Momand acting spokesman of Thunder 203 army corps told BNA, the security officials in a clearing operation discovered and defused 1200kgs of drug from Pul-e-Alam of Logar.
He added that the gunmen were smuggling the drugs by a car.
A Taliban insurgent was killed and another with a motorbike has been detained in the operation.
