Herat (BNAS) The in charges of national security Dept. of Herat reported from arresting a suicide attacker today.
The head of national security of Herat said to BNA, Mawlawi Mohammad known as Belal Helal committed suicide activities in Herat province was arrested.
This person entered to Herat city for organizing of destructive attacks and was arrested by the personnel of national security of Herat province.
According to another report, the personnel of this department arrested an arm seller from inside of that city and seized 4 arms with a quantity of different types of ballets from him.
The arrested man confessed to his crimes and is under investigation, said the source.
