Kabul (BNA) Minister of Information and Culture Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen has condemned attack on a Pajhwok reporter Azizullah Hamdard, saying those targeting media personnel were enemies of Afghanistan’s people and scaring from media and in fact they were targeting pen with gun. According to BNA, Azizullah Hamdard, working for Pajhwok Afghan News, was attacked Saturday night in the vicinity of his home and as a result, he was injured.
Dr. Raheen expressed happiness as Azizullah survived of the attack and was alive, asking security organs for consideration related to identification of the attack’s perpetrators, arresting and bringing them to justice.
