Gardiz (BNA) Commando forces arrested a key member of Taliban intelligence in Paktia last night.
The Special Operations Army Corps told BNA that during the operation, commando forces arrested Abdul, known as Engineer, in the Rohani Baba district of Paktia.
According to the source, the detainee played a key role in several terrorist incidents, including a car bomb attack in Gardez.
During the operation, the commando forces also seized a vehicle, a bicycle, three remote-controlled mines and a number of Taliban intelligence documents.
