Kabul (BNA) As it is realized, the National Unity government (NUG) has been focusing its serious attention over the maintaining of the peace process in Afghanistan.
At the same time, Turkmenistan has showed willingness to have good ties with Afghanistan and has expressed its pledged cooperating through the negotiations for ensuring of the security and stability in Afghanistan.
The Turkmenistan’s president who paid a visit to Kabul recently, emphasized that the United Nations would be able to play a constructive role on the establishment of the stability and security and his country is ready to contribute to the peace process in Afghanistan.
The Afghan government has appreciated the Ashgabat’s endeavors in connection with the peaceful initiatives, showing in the maintaining of the peace process in this country. The Afghan people who are interested to create good relations with all countries including the neighbors have praised the Turkmenistan’s peaceful actions concerning the peace talks with the Taliban who deteriorate security and stability in Afghanistan.
A number of the house representatives and the political analyst in conversation have explained that the Turkmenistan has always expected to pave the ground, contributing to the constructive peaceful negotiation with the Kabul-government and insurgent militants.
Therefore the Kabul government and the Afghan people have welcomed such constructive initiatives, resulting in the permanent peace process in Afghanistan. It is obvious that the Turkmenistan has previously announced its support and preparedness concerning the maintaining of the peace process because the Turkmenistan has previously been honest player in the field of the consolidation of the peace process in this country.
Omer Saffi the political expert believes that the Afghan people are wishing to live in the peace condition. So the Turkmenistan, who has good relation with the Afghan government, can play a significant role on the carrying out of the peace talks in Afghanistan.
Likewise, the Afghan nation welcomes the peaceful initiative of the each country who is expressing their honest endeavors on the maintaining of the permanent security and stability in Afghanistan.
Saffi stated that while the Turkmenistan’s president has travelled to Kabul, simultaneously the Afghan nation’s hopes and optimisms regarding the creation the peace process have increased in considerable levels. So it is said, if the Turkmenistan can be a good host country and creating a constructive thought about the ensuring of peace process in this country, the Afghan government is ready to welcome such effective initiatives.
Mohammad Younus Qanooni the former house representative has described that the Taliban should first express their readiness in connection with the peace process and accepts the Afghanistan constitution.
In this case, the Afghan government can obtain a positive consequence in the peace talks with the Taliban militants in the maintaining of the security and stability. Without the Taliban’s consensus in this regard, the holding of the peace negotiation would be useless.
Similarly, the Afghan Peace High Council should convince the Taliban sides through the strong reasons to take part in the peace process effectively, getting a satisfied result in this connection.
Shokuria Barekzai the people house representative believes that the peace process is realized that the neighboring countries shall give up the interferences in Afghanistan and honestly cooperate with the afghan government in the brining of the peaceful situation in this country.
Shokuria believes that Afghanistan at the present time requires the peaceful condition and the National Unity Government (NUG) has been making serious attempts to ensure the tranquility and does not allow anyone to deteriorate the peaceful situation in these prolonged civil wars in Afghanistan.
Mariam, who is one of the students in the private school in connection with the peaceful process, has expressed her views that the Afghan citizens have praised the Turkmenistan’s peaceful initiatives.
They are optimism that Ashgabat can play a positive role on the carrying out of the peace process and cooperate with the Afghan government to eliminate the threats imposed by the insurgent groups in the world and regional levels.
Tariq, who is trainer in a body building and fitness club, believes that the Afghan nations are appreciating the Turkmenistan peaceful actions and they are confident that Turkmenistan can play constructive and positive on the founding of the security and stability in this country.
Furthermore, it is pointed out that the Afghanistan has been tolerating civilian casualties and other losses in the various sectors in the combat against the terrorisms. So the Afghan government should absorb the neighboring and international countries cooperation and attention over the ensuring of the security and stability in Afghanistan.
