Airports Surveillance Radars Restored: MoTCA

KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation on Tuesday said airports’ surveillance radars were restored and has been controlled by the Ministry.

Airports surveillance radars restored in the country’s airports, the Ministry stated on its Twitter page, that all civil aviation services are rendered by the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, added.

Afghanistan is a member of international civil aviation organizations. the country bear cooperation agreements and regular partnership in the sector of civil aviation as conventional.

The Ministry’s comments appeared amid reports on social media that surveillance radars at the country’s airports were stationary and that Afghanistan’s airspace was now controlled by Pakistan.
