Kabul (BNA) Engineer Naser Ahmad Durani Minister for Rural Rehabilitation and development laid the corner stone of the National Solidarity Program Administrative Office in Balkh yesterday.
According to information and public relation office of rural rehabilitation and development ministry, the building will be constructed essentially in 2100 square meters of land in two floors during a year.
The building will have 14 administrative rooms, conference room, and other necessary facilities.
The building was funded by the ministry of Rural rehabilitation and development at total cost of 17489000 Afgs.
