Herat (BNA) At least 14 Taliban insurgents were killed and wounded in commando forces joint operation in Shindand district, Herat province.
The operation were launched in Goder Sangchal, Barmakan and Amarat regions, in which three strongholds of Taliban were demolished and numerous of heavy and light weapons were also destroyed.
In the operations, eight Taliban including their three key commanders were killed and six others have been hurt.
