Kabul (BNA) Eklil Hakimi, Minister of Finance, met with Pierre Mayaudon, EU ambassador to Afghanistan.
In the meeting, the dignitaries discussed preparations of Afghan Government for Geneva Conference that is going to take place later this year, Joint Coordination and Monitoring Board (JCMB) meeting and Afghanistan Commitment with the International Community under self-Reliance through Mutual Accountability Framework (SMAF).
In addition, both sides talked regarding 2nd report of State Building Contract (SBC) implementation, meeting with relevant departments about implementation of Brussels Commitment and reforms through Public Financial Management (PFM). Lastly, Minister of Finance and EU ambassador to Afghanistan discussed development budget expenditure, peace process, parliamentary and provincial council elections and some other important subjects.
