Maimana (BNA) Maulwi Wakil Ahmad, known as Mullah Nazim, the shadow governor of Taliban for Faryab, was killed today along with six of his bodyguards.
Faryab police chief Ghaibullah Sadat told BNA local correspondent that Maulwi Wakil Ahmad, known as Mullah Nazim, with six of his bodyguards were killed when a landmine exploded in Dawlatabad village of Popalzai district in province..
