Jalalabad (BNA) 27 armed Taliban rebels were killed in Nangarhar province last night.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, the insurgents were killed after they stormed on headquarter of Shirzada district of that province.
In the conflict, 32 rebels have been injured, said Khogyani.
Two security officials were martyred and eight others have been wounded in the clash, said the spokesman.
