Deadly Attack Of ASF On Taliban Strongholds In Helmand

Lashkargah (BNA) Nine Taliban insurgents were killed in a series of air and ground raids of Afghan Security Forces in Helmand province last night.
The insurgents were targeted while organizing a series of terrorist attacks.
A top commander of ANA forces in the south of the country told BNA, in the raids, nine insurgents killed.
He added, several strongholds of Taliban have been demolished.
Another report says that the security forces have manage to discover two weapons caches of Taliban.
The caches were discovered from suburb of Lashkargah city.
Several heavy and light weapons were seized.
According to another report, Taliban hideouts were targeted in attacks of NDS officials in Maiwand District, Kandahar province.
The NDS officials started their attacks on hideouts of insurgents.
According to reports, in this attacks, several hideouts of Taliban have been destroyed and human losses suffered to insurgents.
He added, the NDS officials also managed to clear several regions of Maiwand District from being of insurgents.
The aims of the attacks was annihilation of insurgents in the province.
