Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with the officials of defense ministry yesterday to discuss the security situation and chalk out a security plan, BNA reported.
In the meeting, the president besides stressing for harmony among security organs said that at least to be busy for three hours daily on security issues.
He also said that the one-year military operational plan should be changed into five-year security plan. To improve security, the president noted to reach agreement for the formation of Kabul garrison within days.
Stressing for professional and disciplined national army, the president said that the army manual should be respected in all steps of the military and no army personnel including brigadier or general have political affiliation. President Ghani also said that the veteran and experienced officers should train their replacement.
