Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) A Taliban mine planter was killed in Baghlan province last night.
Jaweed Basharat spokesman for Baghlan security directorate told BNA, the mine planter was killed while wanted to plant a mine in a private corolla car.
Armed opposition does not hesitate to halt civilians during the holy month of Ramadan, he added.
