Kandahar (BNA) 36 armed oppositions were killed in Kandahar province yesterday.
Zeya Dorani spokesman of Kandahar security command told BNA, the insurgents have been killed in air and ground operations of Afghan security forces in Qala-e-Khamir village, Maiwand District of the province.
According to Dorani, 18 other insurgents have been detained in the operations as well.
