Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces conducted several clearing operations in different provinces of the country, killed 50 armed insurgents.
Interior ministry press office said BNA, the operations conducted in Kunar, Nangarhar, Baghlan, Takhar, Logar, Ghazni, Ghost, Paktia and Paktika provinces in which 50 armed rebels killed, 13 wounded and 4 others arrested.
In the operations military equipment captured.
Also national police forces while patrolling in Shorabak district of Kandahar province discovered and confiscated two mines.
