Kabul (BNA) Presided over by deputy minister of information and culture and publications, the public awareness and pleading workgroup held meeting on food and nutrition safety the other day, BNA reported.
The six months action plan which had already been arranged to fulfill pleading and public awareness’s framework presented to the meeting and discussion was done on that, the agency added.
Likewise, the ministry of information and culture committed to contribute through state-run media and publish articles, commentaries and inclusive analysis on vital importance of food safety to promote this agenda.
Food and nutrition’s national safety agenda has been organized by the government of Afghanistan since over a year and high leadership committee of the agenda is supervised by Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah. According to the agenda effort would be made to ensure food safety throughout the country.
