Jalalabad (BNA) A cache of weapons belongs to Taliban militants had been discovered and seized in eastern Nangarhar province the other day.
The weapons storage had been discovered following a special operation led by Afghan security forces in Ghanikhail district of Nangarhar province.
Con. Mohammad Noman Hatifi spokesman of Afghan National Army in the east of the country said BNA, several heavy and light weapons, war equipment and military mobilization have been seized from this cache.
No individual or groups have been arrested accused of the keeping weapons so far, source added.
