Kabul (BNA) The Minister of counter narcotic heading a delegation went to Moscow today.
BNA correspondent reported from Kabul International Airport, the aim of this visit is to meet with Russian counter-narcotic minister and attracting the assistance of that country in elimination of poppy fields in Afghanistan.
In this trip, Zerar Ahmad Moqbel Minister of counter-narcotic requested further assistances of Russian in struggle and trafficking of narcotic in Afghanistan and to ask authorities of that country to assist Afghanistan counter narcotic ministry like European countries.
