Friday January 4, 2019 Mazar-e-Sharif City (BNA) Ghaibullah so-called district governor of Taliban for Nahr Shahi district, northern Balkh province was arrested by Afghan security forces. Col. Mohammad Hanif Rezayee spokesman of 209 Shaheen army corps reported BNA, National Directorate Security personnel by launching two separate operations succeeded to detain Ghaibullah shadow district governor of Taliban for Nahr Shahi district and Ghazi Mohammad a local policeman who had link with Taliban militants in relevant areas of Nahr Shahi district of the province. Ghaibullah five month ago was appointed as so-called district governor of Taliban for Nahr Shahi district to carry out terrorist and destructive activities, Rezayee added.
