Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Two weapons and ammunitions hideouts of Taliban militants have been discovered and seized during Afghan security special operations in eastern Logar province yesterday.
A source of National Security Directorate department in the province stated BNA, the specials operations were launched in relevant areas of Khoshi district and Pashtonabad area, Pul-e-Alam city the provincial capital of Logar province, in which 15 rounds of various type of mines, two RPJ rockets, 11 bullets of rocket, two grenades, two bullets of mortar, two magazine of Kalashnikov, 480 shells of PK and some others heavy and light weapons have been discovered and seized from these two hideouts.
Two persons were arrested accused of the cases by Afghan security forces.
According to the source, armed oppositions by using the hideouts wanted to carry out anti-government activities, while the weather getting warm.
