Gardiz (BNA) Armed gunmen assassinated a local police commander in Paktia province last night.
Deen Mohammad was targeted by unknown gunmen in Machal region, Ahmadabad district and killed.
Police official of the province told BNA, Deen Mohammad was assassinated during his job in Ahmadabad district.
He blamed armed Taliban for the incident said efforts are underway to identity and arrest the suspects of the incident.
