Jalalabad (BNA) A man allegedly the mastermind of ISIS terrorist attacks in central Nangarhar has been arrested in an operation.
National security officials say they arrested the terrorist in Jalalabad last night.
The identity of the terrorist has not been revealed, but it is said that in addition to planning terrorist attacks, he was in charge of providing financial resources to ISIS and promoting the group.
National Security source told BNA that the ISIS was planning new terrorist attacks in Nangarhar when he was arrested.
The ISIS group has not yet said anything about this.
