Kabul (BNA) joint clearing operation was launched by Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) in Jawzjan province as a result two armed Taliban militants were killed and five others were arrested.
Colonel Rahmatullah Turkistani police chief of the province told BNA the operation was carried out in Khanaqa Arabi village, Aqcha district, of the province.
The source said in the end of the operation, numerous of heavy and light weapons of insurgents were seized by ANSF.
