Jalalabad City (BNA) Following special operations that conducted by Afghan security forces, 16 suspicious accused of criminal cases were arrested in various parts of eastern Nangarhar province within the last 24 hours.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA reporter, the arrested people are accused in murder, robbery, narcotic drug smuggling and human trafficking.
The people were arrested during special operations and vehicles’ checking from different parts of Nangarhar province, Khogyani added.
Several weapons have been seized from the arrested suspicions.
Local officials in Nangahar said, the arrested people will be delivered to judicial organs after investigations.
