Mahmudraqi (BNA) Head of 2nd precinct police of Kapisa with his three bodyguards were martyred in a mine blast in Kapisa province today.
This event occurred when the vehicle of colonel Khan Agha Faizi head of 2nd security police struck with a planted roadside min.
