Shaberghan City (BNA) Cash and health packages have been distributed to displaced families in northern Jawzjan province.
Haji Bay Mohammad acting head of refugees and repatriation department of the province said BNA correspondent, the assistances distributed to 23 families, those were displaced due to war from Faryab and Sar-e-Pul provinces and Darzab and Qush Tepa districts of Jawzjan to secure areas of Shaberghan city the provincial capital of the province.
For each family medical package and AFG 70,000 had been distributed by Save the Children office.
During the last two months about 770 families were displaced due to war and poverty from Faryab and Sar-e-Pul provinces and districts of Jawzjan, which placed in Shaberghan, source added.
It is mentionable that Save the Children office had been distributed aids to 201 of these families.
