Certain Measures Should Be Taken In Security Of Sar-E-Pul: Dostum

Kabul (BNA) Vice President Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum met separately foreign and defense ministers as well as national security adviser the other day in Kabul.
According to Bakhtar News Agency, Salahuddin Rabbani, Foreign Affairs Minister updated the recent developments in the region and the strengthening of Afghanistan’s relationships with the regional countries. Rabbani told vice president that Afghanistan had taken steps that would be good news relations with the regional countries and strengthening of relationship among the people of the region. Also, acting Defense Minister Mohammad Massoum Stanekzai detailed about the security situation and clearance military operations, saying that the operations in Helmand province was going ahead well and would continue to remove the enemies of the Afghans. He assured Dostum that the national army was capable along with other security troops and fights the enemies of the people powerfully. Vice president Dostum expressed concerns about the deteriorating security condition in Sar-e-Pul province, instructing the in charges to take serious measures to put an end to the locals’ worries.
