KABUL (BNA): During a meeting in Balkh province, the Acting Refugees and Repatriation Minister, Alhaj Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, urged local authorities to provide education and employment opportunities for returnees in both the private and public sectors.
According to a statement from the ministry, Alhaj Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani met with religious scholars, chamber of commerce officials, industrialists, national leaders, and other influential personalities from the province during his visit to Balkh.
The acting minister of the ministry underlined the need of supporting returnees, facilitating their support, and establishing chances for job and study in both private and public institutions during the meeting.
