Uruzgan (BNA) In a clash between joint forces and armed Taliban in Uruzgan province nine insurgents were killed last night.
The clash took place in Nawa Shale area of Khasa Uruzgan district while the Afghan and NATO forces started a joint operation for destroying of Taliban’s hideouts.
Farid Ayel police spokesman of that province told BNA, in this clash, nine armed men were killed and a number of them were injured.
He said, a NATO soldier have got injury during the clash as well.
It is said that tens light and heavy weaponries of enemies have been captured during the operation.
