Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) 13 people including head of Baghlan provincial council were martyred in a suicide assailant.
The incident occurred at 10:00 am today inside the office of Baghlan provincial council, as a result of which 10 civilians including a woman and a child were wounded.
The suicide attacker blew up himself when Rasool Khan Mohseni head of Baghlan provincial council entered in his office.
General Asadullah Shirzad police official of Baghlan said BNA, in the incident, the head of Baghlan provincial council along with his 4 bodyguards and 8 civilians lost their lives.
General Sherzad confirmed injuring of 10 other civilians in the incident.
According to Baghlan police, among the wounded people, the health condition of a woman and a child reported critical.
