Maimana (BNA) Seven Taliban militants were killed in a conflict by security troops in Faryab last night.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaee Shaheen 209 army corps told BNA, the militants were killed while stormed on police checkpoint which were faced with resistance of security troops.
Eleven other militants were injured and several weapons were seized in the clash, said the source.
It is said that during the conflict, a policeman was martyred and two others have been injured.
