Kabul (BNA) At least 20 armed insurgents killed during a series of clearing operations conducted by Afghan security forces yesterday.
Interior ministry press office reported BNA, Afghan security forces conducting several operations on Helmand, Herat, Faryab, Uruzgan, Baghlan and Ghazni provinces killed 20 insurgents, wounded 1 and detained 6 others.
An amount of ammunitions, heavy and light weapons captured.
Also Afghan security forces discovered and seized two mines from relevant areas of Khost and Kandahar provinces.
