Kabul (BNAS) A number of religious ulama and elders of Baghlan province met with President Hamid Karzai and shared their environmental problems with him.
At the meeting held at the presidential palace yesterday afternoon, while Sultan Mohammad Ebadi Governor of Baghlan was present, Dr. Mohammad Faisal Samie, Mawlawi Rehmi Khuda, Mrs, Nuri Hamidi and some others spoke and they asked for construction of a 200-bed modern hospital in Puli-Khumri, an industrial park and an airport at Dashti Khwaja Alwan and increased structure of police forces.
They also emphasized on building of structure for a number of districts and schools.
President Karzai assured the elders that their problems and proposals will be taken up at the cabinet meeting and necessary measures will be taken for its realization.
