Thirty-One Armed Taliban Killed

Kabul (BNA) Thirty-one armed insurgents were killed in the last 24 hours by Afghan security forces in the provinces of the country.
According to interior ministry press office, Afghan security forces conducting a series of operations in outskirts of Nangarhar, Baghlan, Samangan, Faryab, Badakhshan, Maidan-Wardak and Herat provinces killed 31 Taliban, wounded 7 and arrested 13 others along with heavy and light weapons.
According to another report, two armed insurgents who wanted to plan a mine in Joubar region, Tagab district, Kapisa province the mine exploded and killed one of them and injured another.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
