Nooruddin Azizi Meets Malaysian Special Enoy For Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA) Nooruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Trade and Industry met with Mr. Ahmad Azam, Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, who is in Afghanistan at the head of a high-level delegation.

In this meeting, which was also attended by a number of heads of the Ministry of Trade and industry the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan warmly welcomed Mr. Ahmad Azam and his Mr. Ahmad Azam. The Malaysian delegation provided comprehensive information on the modernization of the transport, logistics, banking, and administrative systems of the country and the modernization of these sectors in the use of the Internet and technology, and announced their readiness to share their experiences in all economic sectors with Afghanistan.

The two sides also discussed digital money, banking, cargo, flights and direct trade between Afghanistan and Malaysia, strengthening economic zones, Afghanistan’s private sector problems, trade agreements and commitments, encouraging bilateral investors to invest in both countries and the ease of investing in Afghanistan.

Nooruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan, agreed with the Malaysian delegation, but said that Afghanistan currently has its own economic priorities, including the issue of banks and flights from Malaysia to Afghanistan and vice versa through several a country limited to Afghanistan is important.
