Kabul (BNA) The second vice president Sarwar Danish received elders and notables including intellectuals and university students in his office the other day and welcomed the government’s decision to fight corruption.
Presidential press office stated BNA, elders from Daikundi province under Ayatullah Salihi and some elites from Mazar-e-Sharif, Charkent district, Shaikh Ali district of Parwan in their meetings with the second vice president, besides congratulating him over assuming office also assured their support to the national unity government. Expressing happiness over the recent steps taken by president in fighting corruption and inking security agreements with US and NATO, saying the decisions could open new chapter for the progress and ending war and violence in the country.
