Kabul (BNA) Two mine planters arrested last night by police forces in Badghis province.
Sharafddin police chief of Badghis province told BNA, the persons were members of Taliban who has learned making explosive device and planting mines on other side of the border.
According to the source, they wanted to plant three mines in Khiarkhana village, Qadees district were arrested by police.
The source added, the arrested men transferred to Badghis police headquarters and investigation is under way.
