Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Nine armed rebels were killed and two others were wounded during clashes with Afghan security forces in central Logar province.
Mohammad Rahim Amen district governor of Baraki Barak said BNA correspondent, the clashes among Taliban and Afghan security forces occurred in Baraki Barak district of province, in which 9 insurgents were killed and 2 others were wounded.
The clashes took place during a military operation launching by Afghan security forces in the province.
It has been said, some weapons and ammunitions have been seized following the clashes by Afghan security forces.
Amen added that there were no any damages to civilians and Afghans security forces.
