26 ISIS Fighters Killed Following ANSDF’s Recent Raids

Jalalabad City (BNA) About 26 loyalists of Islamic State for Syria and Iraq (ISIS) terrorist group were killed following air and ground attacks carried out by Afghan National Security and Defense Forces (ANSDF) in eastern Nangarhar province during the last 24 hours.
The ISIS loyalists targeted and killed in Heska Mena, Acheen and Rowdat districts of the province.
A commander of Sylab army corps in the east of the country told BNA reporter, 26 ISIS loyalists were killed following the raids.
Several hideouts of the terrorist group along with its military equipment have been destroyed during the attacks, the source added.
Military officials in east of the country said that the terrorists by supporting Pakistan intelligence services entering to Afghanistan via Durand Line and fight against Afghan security forces.
According to another report, Afghan security personnel by discovering and defusing four round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent series of blasts in crowded areas of Nangarhar province.
At the same time, three weapon storages belonging ISIS terrorist group have been seized by Afghan security personnel in Khogyani and Deh Bala districts of Nangarhar province.
Some heavy and light weapons have been discovered from the storages.
