Kabul (BNA) On behalf of Dr, Zulmay Rasool, Afghan minister of foreign affairs has delivered a congratulatory message to Dr. Saaduddin Al-Usmani, Moroccan foreign affairs minister of Morocco on the occasion of his appointment as foreign minister of that country.
The message said, “Besides offering warm greeting, I’m happy to offer you warm greetings and best wishes on the occasion of your appointment as foreign minister of Morocco.
The message stressed on further relations between the two countries.
