Kabul (BNA) As many as 25 armed oppositions were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in southern Kandahar province late on Sunday.
The conflicts took place, while a group of Taliban fighters had plan to target Afghan security troops in Loy Kariz region, Shah Wali Koot district of Kandahar, Ministry of National Defense in a statement reported.
Some heavy and light weapons belonged to the terrorists have been demolished during the raids, the statement added.
