Pakistani Backed Militants Against India, Afghanistan Now Fighting It

Kabul (BNA) The American Wall Street Journal in an article published Tuesday writes that Pakistani elites, who had used terrorists as instrument to deter Indian aggression over the past decades, today are fighting Pakistan to destroy the country from inside.
Hinting at recent terrorist attack on Karachi international airport, the newspaper said that the Taliban militants are the product of Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence ISI had supported the extremist terrorists against India and influencing Afghanistan but unaware that the double game would create problem for Pakistan.
The article added that Pakistan army recently conducted air raids against areas controlled by Taliban but has never taken serious steps to diminish the Taliban network.
According to the Wall Street Journal article, ISI has provided safe havens for Afghan Taliban and safeguarding Mullah Omar in Quetta and Haqqani network in Pakistani soil.
