Kabul (BNA) The national and defense forces conducted series of clearing operations in various parts of the country killed 27 armed oppositions.
According to defense ministry press office to BNA, the national and defense forces conducting clearing operations in outskirts of Nangarhar, Kapisa, Paktia, Khost, Logar, Kandahar, Urozgan, Ghor, Kunduz, Faryab, Samangan, Baghlan, Sar-e-Pul, Badakhshan and Helmand provinces killed 27 armed oppositions, wounded 20 and detained 2 others.
Likewise, a planted mine of insurgents was exploded on their vehicle in outskirt of Maiwand district, Kandahar province in which 10 armed insurgents were lost their lives and 7 others were injured.
In the operations, several of war equipment were also seized by security forces and their hideouts have been destroyed.
