Kabul (BNA) At the sideline of ‘18th Non-aligned Foreign Ministers Conference in Baku,’ Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani met his Ecuadorian counterpart Ms. Maria, his office said in a statement.
During the meeting, both sides discussed bolstering relations between the two countries in different aspects such as politics, economy and culture, the statement added.
Pointing at her candidacy for 73rd chairwomanship of United Nations General Assembly session, the Ecuador foreign minister asked for Afghanistan’s support in the respect.
FM Rabbani also met his Venezuelan counterpart, during which both sides discussed the grounds to enhance ties between the two countries. Likewise, FM Rabbani met Bangladesh state governor on foreign affairs, during which, both sides exchanged views on good relations between the two countries and recent visit of Bangladesh foreign minister’s deputies to Kabul.
