“Govt. Organs Should be Prepared for Winter Emergency Incidents,” Dr. Abdullah

Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah chaired the Council of Ministers (CM) meeting here at the Sapidar Palace yesterday, a statement said.
Speaking at the inauguration session, Dr. Abdullah asked government organs to take preparations for addressing natural disasters in upcoming winter.
Meanwhile the officials of the ministries of interior land national defense briefed the session on military operations against enemies, saying heavy casualties inflicted upon militants across the country, the statement from Chief Executive Press office added.
The ministry of national defense said around 505 militants killed in different operations and the enemies were on the run-in different provinces.
Meanwhile Chief Executive’s first deputy presented the commission’s report on legal personality change of Millie Bus Enterprise the Passengers Company which was earlier prepared by the Ministry of Finance and was sent to Ministry of Transport.
The meeting instructed the ministry of transport to present it to the cabinet meeting, according to the statement.
The Ministry of Finance briefed the session on its revenues saying from the beginning of 1398 Solar Year till now around 64 percent of the revenues were collected which is around 147 billion Afghanis.
Meanwhile the Ministry of Transport said Afghan airlines’ position have been improved in international civil aviation index and called the recent reforms as the main reason behind their promotion.
According to the statement, some ministries and independent organs also presented their reports to the session with the meeting ordering necessary instructions for rapid implementation of the projects.
