Kabul (BNA) Three children lost their lives and 15 others sustained injuries in an explosion in northern Baghlan province around 11 am today.
Nazifullah Khorami terrorism head of Baghlan security directorate told BNA, 18 children playing with a mortar shell when it blasted in Gharo Shakh area of Pul-e-Khumri, the provincial capital, in which three children including a girl and two boys were killed and 15 others including two girls and 13 boys were injured.
Shah Mohammad Hofyani press in charge of public health department of Baghlan province confirmed the incident and reported the health condition of seven wounded critical.
