Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai dispatched a message addressed to president Aliov of Azerbaijan presenting to him his sincerest congratulations on the national day of that country.
The message noted that I am happy that the existing friendly ties between us further develop with the passage of time in the light of respect to each other’s interests.
The people of Afghanistan are pleased over daily expansion of ties between the two nations, and are for strengthening of relations in political, cultural and economic spheres between the two nations.
I wish you good health and progress of the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
