Kabul (BNA) The national army forces during clearing operations killed a number of armed oppositions, arrested 8 and discovered 24 mines today.
The national army forces in a clash with armed oppositions in relevant areas of Barmal district of Paktika province killed 2 armed insurgents and arrested one.
Meanwhile, two foreign nationals while planting a mine in relevant areas of Poshtroad district of Farah province, the mine exploded and killed them.
The special forces of national army forces carried out a joint clearing operation in relevant areas of Nad-Ali district of Helmand province and arrested 6 armed oppositions.
Meanwhile, during another operation by these forces in relevant areas of Pul-e-Alam district of Logar province 2 armed oppositions arrested and 24 different mines discovered and defused.
According to another report, as a result of explosion of roadside mine in relevant areas of Yarmal district of Paktika province 3 national army troops wounded. Also in the relevant areas of Kamdish district of Nuristan province a national army soldier injured.
