KABUL (BNA): The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate announced the appointment of new governors for some provinces as per the directive from the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Based on the directive, Mullah Mohammad Aman Obeid has been appointed as the governor of Kabul, Sheikh Mohammad Qasim Khalid as the governor of Nimroz, and Mawlavi Najibullah Rafi as the governor of Daikundi province.
Additionally, Mawlavi Mohammad Sharif Halimi has been appointed as the police chief of Paktika, and Mawlavi Abdul Qayum Helal is the police chief of Maidan Wardak province.
